Patrice Collins, Registered Craniosacral Therapist

Sólás embodied is solace lived & felt fully within the body, fostering a rooted sense of comfort, peace, & resilience.

Sólás is an Irish Gaelic word similar to the English word "solace." It carries the essence of finding relief, serenity or joy, especially during times of hardship or emotional pain.

What Is Craniosacral Therapy (CST)?

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, yet deep, complimentary bodywork therapy.  It involves skilled 'listening' by a trained practitioner using light hand placements on the head, spine or tailbone and joints (for example), as well as the related emotional centres of the body.  Its evolution has roots in osteopathy.

Each session is uniquely guided by the body's craniosacral system - the membranes and fluid surrounding your brain and spinal cord - and its natural rhythm's (known as the craniosacral rhythm, mid-tide and long tide) that the practitioner and client engages with on a deep and holistic level, initiating the body's natural core healing response.
